Key Function:
Deliver the Resource Planning for Europe, including planning for future demand, day to day operations and continual improvement of systems and processes.
Key Objectives:
?? Build excellent relationships with consultants, capability leads, project managers and account directors
?? Ensure high levels of internal client satisfaction
?? Work with the global resourcing teams to ensure an effective mix of European, landed, offshore and contractor resource on programme.
?? Minimise lost revenue on programmes through effective resourcing
?? Ensure good communication and liaison with HR, Recruitment, Senior Mgmt, Capability Leads and relevant parties in HCL
?? Responsible for the deployment of all European consultants
?? Lead management meetings with senior stakeholders
Maintain a relationship with recruitment to ensure good integration (including contractors)
Competencies:
?? Excellent communication skills across all levels within the organisation

Multi-tasking and adhering to multiple project priorities
Knowledge/Experience Required (Essential/Desirable)
Considerable Resourcing experience in a medium-large size organisation (preferably consulting)

Knowledge of SAP

Confidence to deal with difficult situations and come up with solutions
Essential
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel for reporting purposes

Prior Experience in an SAP Consultancy
