Assistant Facilities Manager
A fantastic new opportunity has become available due to growth for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our client on a full-time basis. This is a permanent position, working Nationwide. The role will involve irregular hours and the need to be on call due to the nature of the position.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
Experienced within a similar Facilities management position
Have good working knowledge of energy management, collecting utility data and delivering carbon reduction solutions
Experienced managing a maintenance works team
Working knowledge of budget managing
The main purpose of the position is working closely with the Facilities Team to ensure that all sites are managed and supported in an efficient and effective manner across the country.
Within this position, you'll also be:
Assisting in the creation of operational budgets in relation to health, safety and building services
Coordinating and overseeing as necessary, site refurbishments and renovations undertaken through a diligent tender process
Assisting in the development and implementation of a facility management programme including planned, reactive and life-cycle maintenance
Overseeing supervision of maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment as required
Providing guidance on the installation, servicing and maintenance strategies of all mechanical and electrical services
Conducting and documenting regular site inspections, reviews and audits, producing reports and making recommendations for action
Salary
Salary is GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum dependant on experience + car allowance + bonus
