Change Management Consultant

Merranti Consulting is looking for experienced self-employed business professionals Nationally, within the Change Management Consulting field or wishing to join this exciting discipline.

Experience in consultancy, or successful SME ownership background or senior corporate background would be highly advantageous.

Duties would include: working with clients to either resolve issues or plan growth, defining initial strategy, planning its development and then the crucial aspect of implementing its outcome part of this from a client perspective is overseeing the change management aspects and from the Merranti perspective of commitment to achieving results.

Skills:

As a change management consultant, you must have experience in identifying which areas require a change in an organisation is key; this could be employees, business systems or processes. As well as acknowledging the changes that should be made, it is also the task of a change management consultant to ensure these changes are implemented.

In-depth Knowledge of Business operations, you will need to demonstrate how your existing skill make you suitable for this role.
