Due to continued growth we are adding to the team and recruiting a Marketing Strategist who will be responsible for creating remarkable strategic marketing plans for your clients. The Marketing Strategist / Team Leader Role:

Specifically, this position is responsible for giving our clients a truly remarkable marketing experience from start to finish. This might mean suggesting a deeper dive with our analytics team, offering recommendations, or talking clients through the “whys” behind their marketing tactics in clear, easily understandable terms. The Marketing Strategist’s job is to guide clients as their marketing "trainer" on the implementation of their complete marketing program.

The key to being successful in this position is juggling a variety of tasks, ensuring the marketing tactics deliver the expected results. Our clients pay us for our guidance, strategy and expert opinion; our Marketing Strategists need to be confident and comfortable giving their expert perspectives, even if it makes clients uncomfortable occasionally. Our job then shifts into helping them work through the change so their company has an edge and their marketing drives long+ term, sustainable growth.

The best team leader should possess the following key traits and attributes:

+ BA/BS degree and/or MA, or equivalent work experience.
+ Past experience in marketing
+ Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
+ Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
+ Experience with leading individuals or teams (1-1 meetings, career planning etc.)
+ All HubSpot certifications as well as Google AdWords and Google Analytics
+ Ability to build and develop the team, as well as showing an enabling leadership style, providing ongoing feedback to others (both positive and negative), as well as successful mentoring and coaching towards goals
+ Proven ability to actively listen to team members and provide solutions, as well as managing conflicts, change and development within the team. Displaying the ability to build the team’s morale, pride and spirit
+ Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
