An exciting opportunity for a Property Manger to be part of a rapidly expanding and well-established organisation. We are a leading property development company established since 1985 which has been carrying out residential schemes across central London and within the M25. Due to expansion we are seeking a highly experienced candidate to oversee and run the groups property management.

The properties you will be managing are predominantly located in London; therefore, some traveling will be necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Rental management rent checking and chasing for rents
+ Reporting on a weekly and monthly
+ Lettings and managing tenants
+ Dealing with letting queries and tenants
+ Dealing with property issues, repairs and utilities
+ Scheduling repair jobs
+ Reporting to director on a weekly basis
+ Excellent IT skills
+ Managing internal databases of rents and tenancies
+ Site visits and checking property conditions checks
+ Furnishing properties
+ Monitoring deadlines 
+ Requesting quotations and issuing job instructions to contractors 
+ Making travel arrangements, 
+ Producing monthly reports 
+ Manage admin staff and in-house contractors
+ Sourcing and managing qualified sub-contractors
+ Block Management and Service Charge/Major Works management
+ Out of hours/emergency support and some Saturdays will be necessary.

Experience:

+ Must have previous experience working in Property Management with Administration 
+ Experience in letting properties and managing tenants. 
+ Strong references required
+ Any property development experience would be very useful.

Skills/Attributes:

+ The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision 
+ Highly organised with a outstanding attention to detail 
+ A sound understanding of letting agreements and associated processes with managing lettings. 
+ A high command of the English language and be extremely articulate with superb communication skills, both written and oral 
+ An excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients 
+ Outstanding organisational and time management skills 
+ The ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure 
+ Excellent IT skills, proficient with MS Office 
+ Ability to prioritise workload
