Night Receptionist (Hotel, Guest Relations)

Our Client is looking for hard working team players to join their friendly and close knit team in their soon to be opened new lifestyle Aparthotel – Whitworth Locke in Manchester. The property is a 160-room aparthotel on Princess Street, Manchester. Our Client is passionate about looking after and hosting their guests in much the same way to the hospitality and welcome they would offer in their own homes.

As a Night House Host (Night Receptionist) you will ensure that all their guests receive a Locke-loving welcome and that their stay is an enjoyable and comfortable one. They’ll help train, develop and coach you to be the best you can possibly be in order that their guests have a memorable stay and come back another day. All they ask is that you have experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
