Warranty Advisor
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Warranty Advisor to join a large independent commercial vehicle fleet service and support company based in Bristol. As a Warranty Advisor you will be joining an established team to help with the increase in business.
Your main duties as the Warranty Advisor include:
- Recharge all warrantable parts and labour to manufacturers on behalf of customers
- Liaise with Parts Department to obtain time scale for customers parts orders.
- Ensure timely return of all failed parts from the engineering workforce
- Update and communicate with customer managing their expectations and keep updated throughout the job process.
- Processing warranty claims on the Manufacturers' accounts or system including dealing and checking payments.
- Ensure all queries are dealt with efficiently and with professionalism.
- Update and maintain all warranty data and supply to management when required
- Ensure Service Centres are updated with part return requests from the manufacturer.
- Liaise with manufacturer bulletins and rework lists
- To perform other duties, as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures in line with Company policies, Health and Safety procedures and ISO 9002 quality standards.
As the Successful Candidate you will be:
- Experience in warranty processes and proven track record dealing with warranty claims
- Experienced within a customer orientated, service environment, preferably within the transport/refrigeration industry
- Internal and External Stakeholder management experience
- Strong IT Skills including Database management
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mechanical / Engineering knowledge is preferred
Salary, Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Up to GBP24,000 PA depending on experience
