Here at Austin Fraser, we're on the search for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join us here in our Reading HQ, situated on the 11th floor of the newley refurbished Thames Tower building.

What's it all about?

As a trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will undergo on-the-job training to ensure you're ready to take on the world of recruitment and really own your business! You will also take part in our apprenticeship scheme, this involves a variety of different learning opportunities to support you in becoming the best recruitment consultant that you can be.

Although no two days are regularly the same, a typical day will see you winning and developing business over the phone and face to face, owning your own desk and building your recruitment empire.

Form there, you'll be sourcing the best talent around to showcase to your clients. You'll do this through proactive, creative and innovative methods. We're looking for out of the box thinkers! There's always heavy competition when it comes to great talent!

Over time, you'll be spinning multiple plates at any one time and ensuring you're working as smart as possible to get the most out of every opportunity.

We offer a fully uncapped, no threshold commission structure, so for every pound you bill, you'll get commission for it!

It's not just work though, we like to relax too, boasting regular holiday incentives, lunch clubs, and plenty of extra out of work activities.

A background in sales is certainly ideal, but we also appreciate that everybody needs to start somewhere. We don't look for keywords on a CV, you're a real person with a real personality, and we want to get to know you!
