Hours: 37.5 per week
We are looking for an IT Technician to support the IT Services team in providing outstanding computer and telephony customer services to students and staff.
You should have experience of providing first line support to customers, working with different versions of Microsoft Office and Windows and the development and use of the Office 365 suite.
You will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage various tasks and strong experience of working within an Office 365 environment.
Main Duties:
- Providing IT and Reprographics support
- Supporting the rolling out of Office 365 across the school
- Ensuring the safety and security of the school’s IT system
- Installing and maintaining equipment, hardware and software
