Here at Trafford Housing Trust, we are looking for an Operations Manager to focus on the provision of the grounds maintenance and neighbourhood services, providing well maintained communal areas for customers to an excellent standard.
Reporting to the Head of Service, the Operations Manager will manage multiple service areas and staff performance; developing and growing the service by looking at external opportunities, finance, logistics and capacity to deliver. Monitoring and forecasting budgets, you will engage in partnership opportunities to share best practice to improve overall service to customers and manage Health & Safety of the service, driving culture up around regulatory requirements and compliance.
