Support Worker – Ixion – Connecting Choices

Brighter Futures are looking for a support worker who can work in the community with a high degree of autonomy, managing and contributing to multi-agency support plans without close supervision from others. You will provide 1:1 support to Connecting Choices Programme participants needing help with debt, finance and digital inclusion, as well as ensure that people with complex needs, and at times challenging behavior, are supported to achieve independent and fulfilled lives by engaging with the Connecting Choices.
You will also support Connecting Choices Programme participants to assess their needs, design and deliver support plans which help them achieve their goals.
