Architectural Assistant
Architectural Assistant required for a National Consultancy working within their Lincolnshire office on a full-time permanent basis. This company are a full design and build, multi-disciplinary business acting as a main-contractor and a consultancy. Sitting within the Architecture team you will be given training and support to progress with the business and will be a key part of the team and their plans for the future.
This business work on projects within a variety of sectors such as; commercial, residential, education, retail, industrial and leisure. Working on projects from new builds to refurbishments.
The Role - Architect Assistant
- Planning applications.
- Decide on surveys to be completed and oversee surveyors completing these.
- Design risk assessments.
- Detailed drawings using Revit.
Requirements
The successful applicant must be currently working as an Assistant Architect with experienced using Revit on live projects with an available portfolio. You must also have a strong work-ethic and a desire to work on a variety of projects.
