Administrator – Home Visiting & Community Outreach/Engagement
37.5 hours per week
Salary range £16,784 to £19,122 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Clinical Administration Team primarily providing administrative support to the Home Visiting Service and Community Outreach/Engagement. This will include the co-ordination of referrals and visits to patients as well as supporting the recruitment and training of volunteers, servicing meetings and typing letters and correspondence.
You will also provide cover within In-Patient Services, as required.
To succeed in this role you must be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess excellent communication skills and have a sensitive manner particularly when speaking to patients, their relatives and carers and other external organisations. Previous experience of working within a healthcare setting and using an electronic patient record system is essential.
