We are one of the West Midlands' leading and most successful providers of high quality homes. Owning and managing around 21,000 properties across the Midlands, we provide affordable, good quality homes and community-based services to our local community. Financially strong with ambitions for growth, by 2024 we aim to own or manage 30,000 homes, operate throughout the Midlands and be known nationally as a provider of much more than housing.

We play a pivotal role in regenerating and supporting local communities. Our work includes helping local residents to access employment, tackle poor health and improve their neighbourhoods.

We are currently looking to recruit up to two new Board members and particularly keen to speak to individuals with a background in either property development, organisational development and design, or marketing and communications. But we are also looking for people who can add value by their ability to think differently and strategically and who can make an effective Board level contribution, helping whg deliver its vision.

As a community focused business the values and understanding you bring will be crucial whether your background is the commercial, public or not-for-profit sector. If your values and your commitment to social justice match ours we would like to hear from you.
