Due to an unprecedented level of work in the Scottish market, Harvey Nash is delighted to be looking to bring additional team members into our business, in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer with some experience either working in-house or for a recruitment agency.
You'll join our high performing team working with some of the best and most enviable employer brands in the Scottish marketplace. As part of an established resourcing team, you will be helping to resource candidates and map client and candidate markets for accounts where we have very established relationships, retained business, exclusivity and influence and/or on volume requirements to ensure you have the best chance possible of filling positions.
You will be required to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the IT market in order to ensure you are consistently staying ahead of the trend while generating and managing the best candidates for various technology related roles.
The role will involve researching our database, working to attract candidates via adverts, targeted LinkedIn searches and using a range of leading edge sourcing tools.
Responsibilities:
- Search and manage candidates based on a specific client brief and understanding of the client requirement
- Contact & qualify candidates
- Update all candidate/client records
- Maintain a detailed database of the senior candidate market
- Assist the consultants in the shortlisting and submission of candidates and the provision of market knowledge to support the client relationship
Key Skills:
- Previous resourcing experience - ideally within a Technology role
- Strong relationship management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Organisation
- Good influencing skills
- Drive, ambition and a strong work ethic
