Office administrator and directors assistant required for unique family owned business located in Coventry. Business is well established and has been running successfully for 26 years.

Tasks will include but will not be limited to the following:

  • General running of office
  • Call taking / booking jobs / liaising with customers and staff
  • Assisting the company director where required
  • Managing customer base
  • Invoicing / general office admin
  • Computer skills required
  • Site visits and arranging jobs

Full drivers licence is required. Must be punctual and trustworthy.

We operate in a unique market involving insurance/property restoration, therefore a meeting must be arranged to have a full understanding of the business.
