My client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. They are a small, successful marketing company (14 employees), established 70 years, with product range designing and producing branded labels, tickets, bags, packaging and related promotional items. We have a wide customer base, though specialising in garment industry, promotional industry and top end retailers. Goods are supplied from our UK and Far East and global offices. Sales volume doubled in 2017, and we are planning to continue to drive sales forward. We are results driven with sales and company meetings every quarter to review targets, and potential company quarterly and yearly bonuses.

Back up to front line sales and to a key administrator and, in particular on all enquiries/quotes/design coordination/sampling and setting up of bulk production. Working extensively on spreadsheets and administration of large client, and also working mainly unsupervised on small accounts. Very varied and extremely busy in peak periods.
Customer service and administration on all deliveries in and out of UK and Far East offices. This involves close contact with customers and suppliers, and use of various computer packages. Also, chasing up all work in progress.
Some very accurate work required (such as set up and proof reading wash care labels)
Close team work with all sales team and Accounts department essential.
They are a small company, so a good deal of phone reception work, general word processing, mailshots, sample packs, filing and occasional packing would be needed - got to be prepared to get stuck in.
