Wirral Delivery Services / Construction & Facilities Management have undertaken a strategic review and redesign of the Day to Day Building Maintenance team, in order to deliver a highly efficient service that is customer focused and prides itself on continual improvement. Working with an experienced team to design and project manage schemes to meet the needs of our clients.
We are looking to fill a full time Building Surveyor Team Leader post. You should be able to manage staff, be enthusiastic about change, customer focused and willing to adapt to new challenges as the service evolves to meet changing customer and service demands.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Building Surveyors; in providing a quality service to our clients and overseeing the Schools Service Level Agreements, and general Building Maintenance issues.
The ability to work as part of a team to support colleagues in all areas of the Division is important.
