One of the UK's leading and fasted growing independant metering contractors is now seeking to expand their network of dual fuel meter installers, due to recent contract wins in your area.
This position is a straight to permanent position, so no requirement to work via an agency as a temporary worker or contractor.
Additional earnings available via weekend working and an annual bonus scheme
This is a quality led metering position where the quality of the installation and customer experience is more important than multiple meter installations per day.
The Candidate:
You will have to meet the following criteria, to be suitable for this position:
1) Gas Meter Qualified (ACS or Smart Meter Diploma)
2) Electric Meter MOCOPA Qualified (single phase)
3) Be seeking a permanent career opportunity.
4) Be prepared to be vetted via a Criminal Record Check
5) Have a maximum of SIX penalty points on your driving license
6) Be prepared to drive a van that has a tracker fitted
7) Be prepared to attend a Health and Safety Induction, which may be outside of your local area and involve overnight stays (accommodation expenses covered).
8) Be prepared to work the following Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Monday to Friday 11.00am to 8.00pm (one week in four)
The All Important Benefits:
This is a permanent position
a) Basic annual salary is GBP30,000
b) Annual Bonus worth GBP5,000 for working safely and with good customer feedback scores.
c) 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
d) Permanent means no requirement to work through a temporary agency or be paid via an umbrella payment company.
e) You will be supplied with a Vehicle, Fuel Card, Phone, Tools, PPE and Phone
g) You will have the opportunity to work on behalf of one of the leading independent metering contractors in the UK
h) You will have the security that if you work hard and safe you have long term financial and employment security in this position.
i) Weekend work available which is paid at 1.5 times hourly rate of pay
