THE COMPANY
The Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a Doncaster based retail company to recruit a HR/ Recruitment Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team of a household name in the local area.
Ideally located, my client are easily accessible from Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop, Mexborough, Conisbrough and surrounding areas.
THE JOB
As HR/ Recruitment Assistant and reporting directly into the Personnel Manager duties will include:
* To be responsible for ensuring the best candidates are recruited for all areas of the business, measured against person specifications, Job Descriptions and in line with equal opportunities
* To support the HR function in all areas whilst maintaining effective communication with the department
* Accurately complete all personnel administration in a timely manner and within legal requirements
* Ensure all personnel records are kept up to date at all times both electronic and hard copies
* Assist with the training of personnel staff and ensure compliance to Job Descriptions
* Calculate annual holiday entitlement and issue forms to employees within set timescale on changes to T&C's whilst adhering to current legislation
* Liaise with the payroll department, providing accurate and complete information prior to cut off date
THE PERSON
* Previous experience of working within a similar HR/ Recruitment Role
* Strong communicator
* Team player
* Strong Microsoft skills
