We're on a journey of transformation at Greencore, from the way we are structured, how we operate and critically how we build long term capability in our people. To help enable this transformation we have created a new Head of HR Operations role to lead our business partnering teams. A senior member of our HR leadership team, you'll play a critical role in aligning our local teams to our ambitious people strategy. You'll have had extensive experience business partnering across multiple senior stakeholder groups, be skilled at gathering and playing back insight and confident taking ideas from concept to embed. You'll have worked in a fast moving operational environment, have extensive experience leading diverse teams and ideally have worked across multiple sites.

Main responsibilities
You'll be based at one of our sites in the north or south, supporting a number of HR teams - either Selby, Kiveton, Consett, Bristol, Leeds, Warrington and Wisbech or Northampton, Crosby, Bow, Park Royal, Heathrow and Manton Wood.
You will be a key influencer in aligning and embedding the sites to our people plan, delivering the insights to our leadership team and helping us to embed our transformation of HR through a partnering model. You'll have a team of up to 7 HRBPs, so there'll be a lot of focus around coaching, supporting, guiding and developing them. You'll also be accountable for:
* Delivering or partnering on group wide improvement projects* Developing a performance and capability culture across your sites* Working with HRBP's to ensure the organisation is equipped to succeed* Leading your team and the wider HR community with our one team view* Influencing and partnering key stakeholders across the business* Using your HR expertise to ensure the sites are compliant to all relevant employment legislation* Harnessing your collaborative skills to partner with your peers to lead the broader HR community* Using your commercial know how to challenge and drive improvement
This role will report into the UK HR Director and you'll be part of a team of Heads of so you'll need to work collaboratively with your peers to maximise our 'one HR' culture within Greencore.
