Gerrard-White is a growing recruitment business with offices in London and Tunbridge Wells. We are looking to hire a trainee recruitment resourcer to join our Insurance team in Tunbridge Wells. Working on an established insurance desk you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting positions for some of the biggest names in the UK, and global insurance markets.

Profile
We are looking for a tenacious insurance professional from either an operational, or technical insurance background looking to make a career within recruitment, focusing on an exciting mix of general and London market insurance roles.
- 12 months+ experience working within an insurer, or broker
- Strong communicator
- Competitive, ambitious and driven
- Must have the ability to pick new things up and change direction quickly
- Must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the insurance sector, as well as the set-up of large, and small-scale insurers and the complexity of roles within these. Typical roles include claims, pricing, underwriting, actuarial, and technology.
