Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a specialist 3rd Sector organisation based in Bradford to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Manager

Reporting into the Head of Training Services you will be responsible for providing a professional, proactive service delivering effective L&D activities and solutions across the organisation.
The Learning & Development Manager duties & responsibilities will include:

•Work with the head of Training Services to set the L&D Strategy which will include a full training needs analysis for the organisation and individuals
•Delivery of training development programmes
•Budget responsibility
•Develop a cohort of in-house trainers from all job levels to assist in the delivery of core training modules
•Coach and support the L&D Assistant

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:

•Previous experience of managing a learning and development function
•L&D professional qualification
•Strong presentation and training delivery skills
•Energetic professional, open and able to build positive working relationships internally and externally
•Full driving license with access to own vehicle (some travel involved across West & North Yorkshire)

This role would suit someone who is experienced within the private sector that would now like to work for an organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives.
