Our client is a global provider of people services, including employment services, health, skills, and youth services. Through all of their programmes, they aim to make a genuine difference to people's lives and combine an explicit social purpose with strong commercial discipline and capability.


To engage with key stakeholders to champion integration in each Local Authority borough. The role will work closely with each Local Authority, JobCentre Plus (JCP) and voluntary/ 3rd sector services to aid participant progression towards work. The role will involve client contact through Engagement Events to promote Working Well Work and Health Programme and focus groups. Integration Coordinators will deliver an Integration Plan in each area, including encouraging the use of EcoSystem Live, (referral platform) with organisations that provide services to support client progression.


* First point of contact for all local integration with specific responsibility to develop local integration plans with Local Leads

* Brokering and managing relationships with the Borough level Eco-system/Social Prescription Networks

* Ensuring our services are transparent and report into identified local Integration Boards and helping establish a multi-agency support team approach to service integration

* Managing a portfolio of external agencies and partners to ensure they provide the highest level of service for participants

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with JCP, providing relevant management information to support their monitoring of both flow and eligibility

* Liaising regularly with JCP Work Coaches and other referral agents (External Local Signposting Organisations) to ensure accuracy of referrals

* Facilitating welcome sessions for new participants, as agreed with JCP

* Provide feedback to JCP colleagues to demonstrate "good news stories" of progression and/or outcomes

* Hot-desking from Public Service Hubs

* Support JCP in identification of disengaged participants and undertaking activity to evaluate and respond to any trends leading to disengagement patterns.

* Arranging and delivering Community Engagement Events, and supporting to deliver Disability Confident events

* Arranging and facilitating focus groups with participants to drive continuous improvement

* Working directly with partner organisations/ voluntary sector groups to identify and share online resources with "Digital Champions"

* Arrange and facilitate sessions with voluntary sector organisations on "EcoSystem Live" and encouraging sign-up


Ensure the operation complies with policies relating to Information Security and Data protection, specifically to:

* Protect all information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction & interference

* Treat the security of all information assets according to their designated information security classification

* Ensure that they only access information assets that they are authorised to do so.

* Adhere to the procedure for reporting any security weakness or event


* Proven relationship-management skills

* Oral, written and interpersonal communication (listening & attending, negotiation & assertion) within the company and externally

* Ability to build strong partnerships and identify opportunities for collaboration

* Awareness of strategic priorities of the local area

* Ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities

* Strong understanding of the employment services/welfare to work philosophy and the needs and challenges of the job market for long term unemployed.

* Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying
