GBP 11505 apprenticeship support
An apprentice role the successful candiate will carve a career with a global organisation.
Develop and maintain an awareness of HR and payroll policies
Support the HR Manager in the following areas:
Provide full administrative and operational support
Maintain HR files
Assist the HR Manager and Team Managers in the recruitment process
Assist in the administration for new starters and leavers
Assist in the administration of the absence management system
Assist in the administration of company hotel bookings
Assist in the administration of the company mobile phones
Assist in the administration of the company vehicle fleet
Assist with corporate procurement
Prepare data for payroll in conjunction with the HR Manager and Finance Director
Authority
Quantitative / Qualitative Results
Procurement of various goods and services on the instruction of the HR Manager, Finance Director or Managing Director
Maintaining up to date HR documentation
Recruitment timing and success
NVQ in Business Administration
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Behaviour and Competence
Awareness and desire to develop a working knowledge of HR Processes and procedures
Understanding of working in a confidential environment
Experience of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
