Sales Manager - Heat Metering & Billing Solutions
Job Title: Business Development Manager - Metering and Billing Solutions
Job reference Number: IT- J20813
Area to be covered: West London / M4 Corridor
Remuneration: GBP40,000 - GBP43,500 (Depending on Experience) + 10% Bonus (Annually)
Plus: Company Car, Pension, Mobile, Laptop and 25days holiday (plus bank holiday)
ROLE:
•Responsible for sales of high end manufactured heating metering systems and associated pre-payment solutions
•50% of your time will be spent generating business via local authorities and housing associations
•35% of your time will be spent securing business via housebuilders and developers
•Remaining 15% of your time will be spent selling to resellers and distributors
•Predominantly you will spend your time generating new business relationships with the remainder of your time spent managing and expanding existing accounts
•Working towards a realistic turnover target of GBP500-GBP750k per annum
•Covering a territory which will incorporate West London, Western Home Counties and M4 Corridor
PERSON:
•Demonstrable track record of generating business via Housebuilders and Developers
•Also a track record of securing business via Local Authorities, Housing Associations and M&E Contractors
•Ideally experienced in sales of heating / HVAC systems such as: district heating, HIU's heat pumps, hot water pumps, plumbing & heating systems, heat metering, billing solutions, ventilation or related systems
•Track record of secured new build and / or refurb projects
•Demonstrable track record of generating new business relationships
•Capable of understanding tenders, lead generation tools and contract negotiation
•Driven, direct, accountable and open personality
•Proactive, motivated and hungry to succeed on territory to improve performance
