The Profile:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected HR team based in Huntingdon on a 6 months fixed term contract. If you are already an HR professional looking for that next challenge or working in a recruitment agency looking to make that move, we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
- Responsible for updating employee personal details on inhouse HR System
- Processing and inputting starters and movers
- Generate accurate employment contracts, secondment and extension letters as well as administering all pre-employment checks for new starters ensuring that these are completed prior to the new employees first day
- Arranging interviews, issuing contracts, secondment letters
The Person:
- Strong organisational & administration skills
- Experience working in a team support environment
- Experience of using MS applications including Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well under pressure with a positive "can do attitude"
