We are looking for an Accounts Trainer/Tutor to cover classes in our Leeds Centre .
Skills & Experience
Accounts qualification, AAT level 4 as a minimum.
Relevant working experience within accounts environment, industry or practice. At least 2 years.
Communication skills, able to impart information in a variety of ways to meet differing learning styles and needs.
Organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines
Learner management
Team working
Problem solving
Ability to work with and relate to a diverse learner cohort
The role
To deliver Apprenticeships in Accountancy to a caseload of classroom based learners
Support learners through the ATT framework - group and 1-1 setting
Ensure timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales.
Provide guidance, support and encouragement to learners throughout their journey.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Communicate any issues or concerns about learners to the Operations Manager, Safeguarding Officer as appropriate.
Provide constructive feedback to all learners on progress against agreed targets and implement additional support work where required to ensure targets are met
