Operations Clerk - Permanent - Saxmundham - GBP20-21k pa

This market leader in their field of world are currently looking for an Operations Clerk to join and strengthen their team. The role will require a keen eye for detail, good analytical skills and somebody who can work in a fast paced environment.

Duties of the Operations Clerk will include but not be limited to;

  • Tracking Operators working throughout the UK using bespoke IT software
  • Ensuring all sites have been covered and works have been carried out
  • Reporting on findings to the Department head and liaising with customers accordingly
  • Working in a busy Operations department, team of 5
  • General admin relating to the role
  • Assisting with site visits and other ad hoc duties as needed

Key experience/skills required of the Operations Clerk include;

  • Excellent IT skills essential
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment within a small team
  • Ideally a background in Operations, Logistics, mapping or similar
  • Previous experience of customer liaison
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical skills
  • Some experience with geography, ordnance, mapping in the UK would be a distinct advantage

Salary: GBP20-21k pa, HOURS: 8.30-5.30 Mon-Fri, Bens: Pension, 28 days hols, free parking
