Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for all Quality, HSE & Environmental aspects of the business.

• Compose & implement an annual audit plan
• Compose Deviation & Non-Conformance reports and be capable of performing detailed root cause analysis of deviated and defective products.
• Compile, organize and control a set of working internal procedures
• Set up detailed procedures for the Quality Control of equipment manufactured and train internal operators.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate must be a strong and motivating leader Quality professional.
• Preferably holds an Engineering Degree in Process, Mechanical or Electrical/Engineering but experienced applicants would also be considered
• Preferably hold a recognised Audit qualification
• To know and understand the drivers for product/ supplier selection in equipment supply
• Have at least three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
• Have a strong ability for methodical thinking.
