To provide an efficient lettings service to all applicants for housing ensuring an assessment is completed with each new resident.
To ensure that the lettings service performs against agreed targets and is positively promoted throughout our operating areas.
To work closely with Property Services and Housing Officers to keep void periods to a minimum, and to ensure homes are let appropriately and within target timescales.
Role will be split between Swindon office and Bristol office so candidate will need to be able to work across both areas.
