An interesting opportunity has arisen in Walton-On-Thames for a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a temporary role expected to last 2 months. You will be working 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. This role will require a quick start due to a handover period. Free parking will be made available to you. The pay for this role will be between GBP11 and GBP12.50ph depending on experience.

An education facility in central Walton-On-Thames. You will be working within a small, friendly and supportive team.
The Role
You will responsible to the Finance Manager and working within a very small team. The key part of this role will be processing a moderate amount of multicurrency Accounts Payable invoices. You will need clear communication skills to be able to converse with both internal and external parties. Therefore, some customer service experience would be of benefit. Finally, you will be processing internal expenses.
The system you will be using is Exchequer so prior use of this system will be necessary.
Key Requirements
• 6 months+ experience in a Purchase Ledger role or similar
• Exposure to multicurrency
• Previous use of Exchequer
• Available on 1 week notice or less
