HR ADVISOR
Sussex HR Limited has an exciting opportunity for a full time HR Advisor with a strong generalist background to join their busy HR Team. We are specialists providing HR support to a wide range of clients from varied sectors; therefore, the ability to provide professional and flexible support on a full range of HR issues is essential.
The caseload is varied and ranges from managing recruitment campaigns to advising and guiding on employee relation issues, sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, managing performance, restructures etc. The ability to work under your own initiative is therefore essential, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills together with the ability to provide clear HR guidance and assistance.
As a fully qualified CIPD professional you must be committed to providing a high-quality HR service, ranging from basic HR questions and queries to strategic HR. You will therefore need the business acumen and desire to build strong relationships with your clients.
The successful candidate will be passionate about the HR service they provide in order to develop and sustain our reputation for providing a friendly, proactive and supportive HR service to our clients.
We are based in Seaford, 20 minutes from Eastbourne and 30 minutes from Brighton but you will be required to visit your clients for meetings. A full, clean driving license is essential as is the use of your own vehicle.
