Responsibilities:
Performing a part harvesting function to provide a cost saving to the business.
Performing the efficient refurbishment of units re-grading, swapping and re-packaging parts- in order to maximise recovery into the business.
Adhering to targets and a predetermined quality standard to all refurbishment units.
Ensuring products are maintained to legal and manufacturers guidelines.
Performing software installations and upgrades to units.
Ensuring all customer data is removed from any product.
Minimising costs to the business and increase revenue into the operation.
Ensuring products are suitable for the required customer.
Responding to individual customer's needs and requirements.
Treating all products carefully to minimise any damage.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good ability to understand component parts and components of repair products.
Good practical approach to problem solving.
The ability to work within a team to meet targets.
The ability to meet deadlines.
