Part Time Temporary Receptionist - 25 hours
Your new company
I am representing a growing business based in Sheffield. An opportunity has arisen for a part time role based on Reception.
Your new role
You will be based on the Reception meeting and greeting visitors, answering the phones and directing calls appropriately, you will also be required to set up meeting rooms and provide refreshments, providing administrative support to various team members, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and emails, providing holiday cover for various team members and any support required by the team throughout the day.
What you'll need to succeed
To be suitable for this role you will have a friendly and approachable manner, you will be a confident and clear communicator and be highly adaptable. You must have at least 6 months experience in a front of house Reception role and be available to work 5 days a week as this position is based Monday to Friday.
What you'll get in return
