SL Group Ltd are looking to reinforce & grow our sales & marketing team with the addition of a Digital Marketer Apprentice.

You will be working 4 days in the work place/office and 1 day at college, you will join the production team to work fulfilling our online orders of printed baby clothing, adult clothing and fitness clothing. You will learn the processes of order fulfilment, design, cutting, weeding and packaging.
You will be expected to contribute to our small team by working hard to get orders out in a limited timeframe. Punctuality, work ethic and attention to detail are a must.

On completion of the Intermediate Apprenticeship, individuals will have the opportunity to apply to progress on to the Advanced Apprenticeship.

SL Group Limited based in West Yorkshire is a full service design and print company that specialises in embroidery and screen printing.

Our aim is to provide an outstanding service from start to finish which involves sourcing products to match customer requirements, design mock-ups prior to production and delivery direct to the customer on completion.

Competency qualification: Apprentices will be required to produce work and build an e-portfolio of evidence through blended learning which will include practical and written knowledge assessments which are carried out in the workplace.

Skills Required

* Excellent working and active knowledge of the various social media platforms inc. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point are essential.

* A passion for hair, beauty & Fashion with a natural flair to promote on Social Media

* An eye for creativity, design & the ability to link this with Social Media

* Promotional activity.

* Strong understanding of Google search and how to increase Social Media Reach

* High standard of marketing/communications professionalism.

* Ability to deliver agreed activities on time to a high standard.

* Good communication skills at all levels, both written and orally

* Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst working well under pressure to tight deadlines to achieve success.

* First class attention to detail.

* Comfortable networking socially in a face to face environment
