Permanent HR Administrator job based in Manchester City Centre paying up to GBP22,500pa
Your new company
Your new company is a large international organisation who are based in Manchester City Centre, and are recruiting for a full-time permanent HR Administrator to join their growing team.
Your new role
Your new role is a HR Administrator, where you will be responsible for looking after the investment management arm of the business. Your duties will include:
* Data processing - such as starters and leavers, maternity/ paternity, leave of absence, hours
* Changes to personal details
* Administer all benefits programmes timely
* Cost code changes
* Promotions
* Payroll admin
* Responding to complex queries in a timely manner
* Ensuring data accuracy on peoplesoft
* Responding to requests for employee information in a timely manner
* Project related assistance
* Managing expectations of key stakeholders within the business
This list is not extensive and other duties may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need previous experience within a HR Administration position and understand key processes within HR. You will need to be confident and able to manage stakeholders, be able to build strong internal relationships and be self-sufficient and organised. You must be able to work in a busy environment and work towards deadlines.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to GBP22500 dependant on experience. You will be working 35 hours per week, either 8-4, 9-5 or 10- but flexibility will be required in return. You will receive a 12% employer pension contribution, private medical cover, and 25 days holiday + banks and flexible benefits.
