Trainee Farm Graduate ??? Fresh Produce

Our Client grows, packs and distributes a wide range of Fresh Produce crops, supplying the wholesale, retail, and foodservice sectors. The business has expanded in their specialist area and currently offer the successful individual an exciting career opportunity within the company. We are seeking a Trainee Farm Graduate on their behalf in this key position, supporting the Farm Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a Graduate position and benefit from a dedicated training program, enabling a management position to be undertaken upon completion. The Farm Graduate position will provide the successful individual training and a thorough understanding of the business throughout the first year, working across farms and packhouses, before gaining the ability to effectively manage a team and the knowledge of Fresh Produce crops, to ensure success in a Farm Manager position.

We are seeking;
An individual with an Agricultural Degree
Passion and ambition for the Fresh Produce sector
Previous tractor experience is essential
A Driving Licence is required
