Head of Food and Beverage/New Openings Manager - Multi-Site

??? You will have overall responsibility for budgeting, P&L and stock control for an operation which will deliver circa 5000 covers across several units and you will have around 5 direct reports. These units vary from full service restaurant with a cocktail bar to a Pizza Restaurant and branded Coffee and Cake shops. A successful candidate will have multi-site and new openings experience from a branded restaurant chain and or hotel F&B openings at a senior level, ideally you will have been at least Operations Manager level where service and standards, high volume sales through proactive marketing as well as excellent people management and development have been part of your proven track record. ???

The role will be given a huge amount of autonomy to deliver the openings and then to meet and exceed your budget, so we need individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that the large teams of managers and team members all work to achieve the areas targets. My client needs you to ensure the overall experience of the diners who come into the restaurants and bars is excellent across all departments. You will have to work under considerable pressure during summer months and the customer feedback surveys will need to be outstanding.
