Our client is expanding rapidly due to massively increasing its market share, and is therefore opening a new office.
They are seeking outstanding sales negotiators and sales progressors - and are willing to offer an outstanding package for the right people.
Estate Agent Sales Consultant
Remuneration:
- Basic salary of GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 (depending on experience)
- On target earnings of GBP30,000 to GBP35,000
- Only 1 Saturday in 3 to be worked with a day off in the week
- 30 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays)
- 10% Discount on nearby creche facilities
Estate Agent Sales Consultant
From marketing, to booking the initial valuation, through to getting the sale over the line, you will be fully involved in ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion of sale.
With the package on offer, you need to have excellent customer service skills, 1 -2 years current or recent estate agency experience, have a thorough knowledge of the property sale process, excellent negotiating skills, an ability to cross-sell, plus be highly organised and efficient.
