Vacancy: Management Accountant
Location: Harrogate
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

The Company: Our client is a busy designer womenswear store and online retailer based in Harrogate. They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join their team on a full time basis.
Key Roles & Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
• Maintaining financial records
• Process supplier invoices and payments and issue remittance advice
• Payroll
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Some additional administration work as required
The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Management Accountant role will be CIMA or ACCA qualified and have experience of Sage Line 50. The candidate must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be a self motivated team player with a can-do attitude. A retail background would be preferably but isn't essential.
Essential Candidate Criteria:
• CIMA / ACCA qualified
• Experienced of Sage Line 50
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Self motivated
• Team player
• Can-do attitude
• Capable of working unsupervised
