Fee Earners / Litigators

To help meet our future reality we are looking for Experienced Fee Earners, to handle a mixed caseload from initial review and preparation of the case documentation to conclusion, whether that be by way of settlement or following trial.
With a Client focused approach, the role will involve maintaining good relationships internally and externally, timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems to ensure accurate visibility of cases. Dealing with correspondence and telephone calls, undertaking discussions and negotiations with the client, third party solicitors and insurers to pursue the rapid and appropriate settlement of cases.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Fee Earner or Litigator, possessing a willingness to learn, hit the ground running and quickly develop an in-depth understanding of emerging areas of law and be comfortable with working towards achieving set targets and KPIs. Experience of mis-sold mortgages or cavity wall insulation would be ideal.
