Sales Negotiator (or Trainee Sales Negotiator)

Peter Lane & Partners in Peterborough have an opening for a fantastic opportunity for a sales negotiator (or Trainee) to join our vibrant and busy independent estate agency in Peterborough city centre.

The varied role will include such duties as registering buyers, liaising with vendors, prospecting, arranging viewings, conducting viewings, booking valuations for potential clients, arranging appointments for our in house mortgage broker, and providing a second to none service post offer through to completion. It is essential that, as a Sales Negotiator, you are able to recognise opportunities to support the business.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, and be used to working on their own initiative within a team environment. You will be a team player and be happy to help in on all tasks to contribute to the success of the business. Additionally you will be driven, focused, and able to work to achieve specific office targets in several KRAs.
We are looking for exceptional customer service skills, and previous similar experience would be an advantage; you will need to demonstrate good telephone and communication skills.
Your character will be bright, upbeat and positive can do attitude is a must for this role.

Working hours include alternate Saturdays.
