About the Role
Joining us as Account Director, you will be the strategic interface between Cox Automotive and various clients; designing and leading the delivery of Inventory Solutions services and complimentary products which are consistent with client expectations and Cox Automotive business objectives.
Providing leadership to a portfolio of key accounts, building and maintaining productive and pro-active relationships to exceed volume and revenue targets, you will identify new opportunities for increasing sales whilst delivering contractual requirements and client SLA’s. Leading, directing, liaising and influencing relevant product/service managers to ensure that customer requirements are met, you will assist in the development of innovations to enhance our products and services and, when appropriate, lead and manage contract and tender responses.
The Account Director will also prepare benchmarking data and management information to enable the effective management of client reviews, using best practice sales techniques to bring influence on the decision-making process. You will work with senior stakeholders on strategic development and business growth plans across your portfolio and maintain regular client contract, both formal and informal, ensuring the timely delivery of client reports.
