You will need to be someone who can hit the ground running, build and monitor a natural, effective backlink profile that results in both meaningful traffic and organic position gains. You'll need to be a driven and creative individual who wants to stamp their own mark on a Big Brand experience.

Your role and responsibilities:
" Full channel responsibility for organic growth and performance
" Analysing performance and reporting back
" Plan and deliver exciting, engaging content campaigns in collaboration with the wider
team and third parties
" Proactively seek research and opportunities to advance your own skill set
" Full responsibility for technical and on-site audits, as well as new developments
" Keeping the wider team up to date and informed on industry news and points of interest
Essential Skills & Experience


They are heavily results oriented and passionate about not just performance, but about delivering an exciting customer experience for their millions of monthly website visits. It will be your responsibility for leading organic strategy in a competitive, Big-Brand environment, and delivering measurable results in traffic and revenue.

Must have Experience:
SEO: 1 year (Required)
At least 2 years Search Engine Marketing experience
Experience of performing keyword research to inform wider strategy
An understanding of Analytics tools & software e. GA, SEMrush, MOZ, AHREFS
Office systems PR/CRM/office & Google drive suite

You will be tasked with interpreting the wider business objectives and taking full accountability for the organic channel - this could mean keeping on top of changes in environment and modern wisdom, in planning and executing campaigns that move the needle on micro and macro goals, an reporting your results in a professional, but engaging way. You will work alongside the wider Marketing team including Social Media and Design to help deliver a best-in-class level in everything you do.

Desirable:
A history of successful content creation
