- Working with the directors to develop a clear innovation product roadmap for the business
- Hands-on creation of world-beating innovative products for the food and pet food sectors
- Development trials of new products with Sales at customers and suppliers.
The Person
- Creative and professional. Experience gained in the food and/or pet industry.
- Successful track record of bringing innovative products to market.
- Customer focused individual with commercial acumen.
- Management skills to lead, develop and motivate others.
- Self-starter, hands-on energetic and an excellent communicator through all mediums including IT.
- Team player.
