MIS/Data Analyst
Overall Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting internal and external customers with initial IT faults/requests. To provide support for key reports across all areas of the business in accordance with agreed daily and monthly schedules.
To handle support queries and work with third party support services
Be responsible for setup and creation of New starters and cessation of Leavers to the IT systems.
Manage and support Etrack for all customers.
Amend and run operational management information reports for Chief Exec, and other Directors, managers and other staff in operations in accordance with established timescales.
Respond to ad-hoc requests for additional reports from managers when Actively suggest and implement improvements to reporting practice and systems across the organisation.
To monitor and correct data quality and intergrity across all business systems.
Respond to ad-hoc requests for additional reports from managers when specifically requested by Director of IT.
