My client, a multiple Queen's Award winning company is currently looking to recruit for an Office Administrator based in their busy office in Tewkesbury. The Office Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating a wide range of office support functions.
The principle duties of this role are as follows:
Sales & Customer Support Administration
- Entry of Enquires, prospects and contacts in to the database
- Maintaining the company's management database ensuring information and contact details are up to date
- Liaising with the sales and distributor network to ensure sales information is up to date
General Support Duties
- Receptionist duties, dealing with incoming calls and visitors
- Ensuring appointments are in the calendar
- Maintaining facilities contracts and liaising with service providers when required
- Distributing mail
- Ensuring meetings rooms are booked and host visitors
