My client, a multiple Queen's Award winning company is currently looking to recruit for an Office Administrator based in their busy office in Tewkesbury. The Office Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating a wide range of office support functions.

The principle duties of this role are as follows:

Sales & Customer Support Administration

  • Entry of Enquires, prospects and contacts in to the database
  • Maintaining the company's management database ensuring information and contact details are up to date
  • Liaising with the sales and distributor network to ensure sales information is up to date

General Support Duties

  • Receptionist duties, dealing with incoming calls and visitors
  • Ensuring appointments are in the calendar
  • Maintaining facilities contracts and liaising with service providers when required
  • Distributing mail
  • Ensuring meetings rooms are booked and host visitors
