Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Type: Permanent position, 52 weeks per year
Holiday Entitlement: Year 1: 33 days (247.5 hours) inclusive of bank holidays

What are they looking for?

They are recruiting for a Senior Night Residential Support Worker to join their young adults’ homes as part of their waking nights team. The roles will work in their fantastic 2 and 4 bedroom purpose built homes on site at Cheadle Hulme near Manchester Airport.

The roles will act as seniors on shift under the direction of the Night Co-ordinator and Night Manager and will support a small team of Night Support Workers. The role will also provide support to the individual young adults including personal care needs, supporting them in their routines, communication, independent skills and evening activities.

In addition, the Senior Night Support Worker will be required to support and co-ordinate key workers, and in the absence of the Night Manager will lead the shift for short periods of time.

What are the hours?

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern over 7 days, so full flexibility over 7 days is required
The night shift is 9.45pm – 07.45am
The role will work every other weekend


Level 3 qualification Health & Social Care or related discipline
Previous experience in a care setting, ideally supporting people with complex needs
Previous experience mentoring and supervising team members
