HR Coordinator & PA To Managing Director
My client is an automotive company based in Hainault. They cover everything from planning assistance, CAD workshop design to installation and maintenance.
The successful applicant will ensure that HR in the organisation is efficient, effective and developmental and fully complies with legal and internal quality standards; and also lead on ensuring compliance with their data protection policies.
You will also be expected to drive the development of a company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, key employment retention and development, and high performance.
In addition, the role will require you to provide efficient, effective & flexible administrative support to the Management team.
HR Officer / PA Qualifications & Experience:
" Demonstrable experience of Human Resource Management
" A track record as a successful PA or a similar role
" Self-motivated and autonomous, able to show initiative
" Outgoing, assertive and resilient
" Able to prioritise, work under pressure and be pragmatic
" HR qualification desirable
" Approachable & flexible
" Extensive diary management. Ensure the MD is fully prepared for all meetings with all necessary documentation and information
" Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
£30,000 -£35,000 per annum, pension, holiday entitlement
